violet scent)

1 capsule vitamin E (break open into dry
ingredients)

to your bath, scoop the desired amount of the mixture and tie

consistency.

8 oz. Sweet almond oil
3-1/2 lb. Finely ground sea salts

essential oils.
Don't use it on facial, broken or sensitive skin. This scrub
exfoliates, invigorates, and leaves your skin feeling soft and
smooth
2 cups kosher salt
2 cups baking soda
5 drops lavender scented oil
handful of lavender buds
*4 tablespoons of liquid glycerin
Combine all of the above ingredients and stir well.
The liquid in this recipe might contribute to clumps forming, so
simply break apart with the help of a fork.
50
percent white cane sugar
50
percent avocado oil to moisten the sugar
small amounts of aloevera gel
1 or two drops of essential oil, adjust to your preference
Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Scoop some of the scrub onto your
hand and massage gently onto your skin for a minute (the scrub will
actually tighten onto your skin like a masque). Leave on for 3 to 4
minutes before rinsing.
Makes a 1 lb. batch
10 oz. Shea Butter
6 oz. Oils (you can use all one, or use different oils equal to 6
oz. soy, sweet almond, grapeseed, or avocado)
2 tsp. Corn Starch (optional)
.1/2 oz. fragrance oil (more or less to your preference)
In a large pyrex measuring bowl,
melt your shea butter in a pan of water (double boiler method) on
the stove. Once melted, add your oils, fragrance oil and corn
starch. Stir very well.
Remove the pyrex bowl and set it
inside of a large metal bowl filled with ice water for a cold water
bath. This will help cool the butter faster and is much easier than
having to keep putting it in the freezer in between whipping.
Using a
hand mixer, whip the butter continually for several minutes just
like you would frosting. It will begin to cool and as you keep
mixing, it will start to look like whipped cream. Once the butter
has solidified and has the right whipped texture (it will have peaks
on top just like cool whip!), spoon it into your jars and you are
finished!

two Vitamin E capsules or ½ tsp Vitamin E. Fragrance with ½ tsp
essential oil.
Not the
sandal type? Use corn starch and add a few drops of spearmint
fragrance, shake well and package in empty spice shakers. This is
perfect for feet that tend to sweat in tennis shoes!
Put the 4 ounces of sweet almond oil in glass cup add beeswax
beads and jojoba beads and melt in microwave. Stir with spoon. Let
it cool for a few minutes, then add essential oil. Pour into lip
balm jars.
Melt almond oil, coconut oil, lanolin and beeswax over low heat.
Mix well and let cool.
Mix rosewater, aloe vera gel and rose oil. Add the contents of
the vitamin E capsule. Whip this mixture into the beeswax mixture
until well blended. Store in a jar with a tight lid.
