I know this sounds weird but why
do you go to the beach on a nice, hot summer day?
To get some fresh air? How about a very hot day? To get some
rays and get that bronze tan?
I see lots of women who go to the
beach wearing clothing over their bathing suits and hiding their
body.
I've asked some ladies directly
and mostly, they are embarrassed to let others see their
cellulite.
Are you embarrassed to show off
your legs or butt when at the beach because of cellulite?
Does your derriere have orange peel skin?
According to experts, up to 85%
woman have cellulite. It's not caused by underlying fat but by a
connective collagen tissues beneath the fat which acts like a
pillar that grabs and support fat to the muscle below that keeps
it from moving around.
However when collagen begins to
harden (caused by hormones, genetics, and other causes), it
pulls down to the skin in some places that leaves lumps and
bumps.
You might be embarrassed or shy
to go out with less clothing at the beach and using spandex
isn't help with a bikini on. Are you just going to settle by
covering those lumps and bumps? Do something about it.
Try this:
You can use thigh/butt creams
to help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
The use of cream solutions with caffeine or caffeine alternative
helps to minimize bumps by flushing a water that can get stuck
between the collagen. Note, creams can only temporarily help
ripples looks smoother.
Another way is to minimize
cellulite is to lose fat throughout the body which will help
decrease fat cell size and make cellulite less obvious. I'll
discuss that in a later chapter.
About the creams, make sure you
slough off dead skin cells as creams won't do their job if they
can make it past that dead skin. Exfoliation is the key.
As you can see, you can apply
these simple strategies to start dedimpling your rear today.
