It has been a long harsh winter for most of us. The melody of birds
and the green of tiny buds on branches waiting to explode are subtle
yet delightful. It is time to unleash the beast that has had to hold
back from allowing soft, crisp, breezes to glide through our homes
pushing the stale energy out and once again exposing positive
vitality. That fresh air when deeply drawn into our souls; leaves us
gladly exhaling a tremendous weight.
Although this element of nature will once again have the chance
to reconnect with your home, it is not all that is required for a
healthy start to spring. With dust and negative energy having no
place to escape all winter, it’s important for some forgotten
areas to be touched on in order to maintain the highest level of
tranquility throughout you space.
Make sure to launder all items that need to be stored until the
next winter season and discard any torn, excessively worn items.
Invest in some additional lights throughout your home and do not
forget to invite the sunshine in to offer its natural revitalizing
energy to everything in your home. You will find this natural source
of energy to be truly therapeutic. As you put aside time for each
room and its spruce up, make lists of things you don’t need and
repairs that might be necessary. Designate a room for items that you
no longer need, so that you can move things out of the way of
progress as you move forward labeling things to their appropriate
final place. If you need to hire the appropriate professional to
take care of some repairs, then make sure you do so. While you
invite the new season in, these valuable steps will help maintain
tranquility throughout your home by ridding of the buildup of
negative energy. Enjoy an uplifting spring-cleaning; your home and
your soul deserve it! It is beneficial for you and your family, as
it will promote a healthy, revitalized home.
